What is Therapy?

Therapy is the practice of working with a psychotherapist to discuss dysfunctional attitudes, values, emotions, interpersonal problems, and/or somatic reactions. Sometime starting therapy is challenging but it can help a person live the best life possible, regardless of the obstacles one is facing. A person can strengthen their relationships, learn to set boundaries, overcome painful emotions, and alter self-destructive attitudes and patterns.

    One-on-One with a licensed therapist

  • Couples/Family Therapy

    Therapy with a partner and/or additional family members and primary client.
